Bumech S.A. has signed the final contract with Energetický a Průmyslový Holding

Bumech S.A. has signed the final contract with Energetický a Průmyslový Holding (EPH) and Braindour Development Limited (BDL) regarding buying the shares in PG SILESIA and MSE.

On Thursday, 28th of January 2021, Bumech S.A. signed the final contract with Energetický a Průmyslový Holding (EPH) and Braindour Development Limited (BDL) regarding buying the shares in Przedsiębiorstwo Górnicze ‘SILESIA’ Sp. z o.o. and Mining Services and Engineering. As the result of abovementioned ownership transformations, members of PG SILESIA and MSE Board and Supervisory Board have been changed.

The subject of the contract is buying, by Bumech company, the shares in PG SILESIA in total amount of 99,975% (where 38,946% shares was bought from EPH and 61,029% from BDL). Moreover, Bumech company bought from EPH 100% shares of Mining Services and Engineering Sp. z o.o.

In connection to the ownership changes, The Board of Directors and Supervisory Board of PG SILESIA and MSE have been changed.

BUMECH S.A. is a company producing mining equipment and machines, which also provides the services for mining industry. PG SILESIA (Przedsiębiorstwo Górnicze "SILESIA" sp. z o.o.) s a company, located in southern Poland, which main activity is excavation of hard coal. Since 2012 the Company has been producing hard coal intended for energy sector but also specific types of coal for retail sales.
